Bethany Bishop: Hey ya'll my name is Bethany Bishop, and I'm a full time student living in North Carolina. I'm a recent gluten free vegetarian and I am learning what that looks like more and more everyday. I believe that food has the incredible power to either positively or negatively effect your health and life. And through a natural lifestyle the foods you eat everyday can be used to heal a multitude of conditions.
